Agreement

By downloading or using Myparcels you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

Myparcels lets you store, organise and display retail return QR codes and barcodes. We are not a courier, and we are not affiliated with the carriers whose labels you store. Delivery, collection and refunds remain between you, the retailer and the courier.

Your responsibilities

• Only store codes that belong to you or that you are authorised to use.
• Keep your device and account credentials secure.
• Do not misuse, reverse engineer or attempt to disrupt the service.

Availability

We aim to keep Myparcels working reliably, including offline, but we provide it “as is” without warranties. Features may change or be withdrawn as the app evolves.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for missed drop-offs, rejected returns or courier decisions.
